After spending an entire day looking at houses, what stands out in your customers mind?  A quality video about your new community will make a lasting impression far beyond any handout or brochure alone.  In addition, the program encourages visitors to stay longer and to feel comfortable in the model homes.  At the same time potential buyers will see first hand your level of commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.  Buying a new home is a major undertaking and buyers need to be comfortable not only with the house, but with the company they are buying from.  At the end of the day, you want to be the home that stands out.

Each development will have a custom video produced for their specific needs, highlighting special features of the particular development.  There may be certain items that are included in each home, or maybe we want to point out the oversized lots.  We will also learn about neighborhood parks or if this is a gated community.  Considering the viewer is already at the house we don’t need to dwell on floor plans or exteriors, but we do want to cover some of the things that may not be so obvious.

Now that we know more about the houses, we take a few minutes to learn about the area.  We see local parks and shopping malls, and maybe beaches and hiking trails and any other place of interest.  Many people viewing the home will be from out of the area; this is an opportunity to sell the home buyer on the location, as well as the home.

This same video that plays in each of your model homes, will also be made into a DVD for your interested home buyers to take with them. You can also include other media and promotional items on the DVD such as:

• PDF version of you brochures
• interact plot plans
• Artist renderings of your models and elevations
• detail information about options and add-ons
• links to your web site

This DVD can also be packaged as a separate mailer that could be sent out to your interest list, or distributed as a follow up to potential buyers.
